Cancellation Policy
Hello! I please ask that if you can, you cancel 48 hours before your service!
If you cancel anytime after that you may be subject to a fee of 50% of the services you were booked for.
If you no call no show an appointment you may be subject to be charged the full amount of the services you had booked.
And I get it ! Life happens!! So if there is an emergency or a mistake please contact me and I will walk through everything with you!
If you are going to be late please let me know. I offer a 15 minute grace period for all appointments. After 15 minutes your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
If you paid a deposit, your deposit can be used to reschedule one time. If you continue to have to reschedule the same appointment another deposit will be needed.
I retain the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime.
I retain the right to use my discretion for if and when a service should or should not be conducted.
(EX: A person has an open sore, a pedicure that has been booked can not be performed under my advisory)
If your service requires a deposit it is a non-refundable deposit that goes toward the service total.
In the event of I am the one cancelling I will offer you to use the deposit to reschedule the appointment or a refund of your deposit.
